Important Eleventh Circuit Case On The Effect Of Bankruptcy On Personal Injury Claims
Ronald Miller, Jr. has an excellent post on his blog about the recent Eleventh Circuit case about people going through bankruptcy who do not list all assets, including potential lawsuits.
